A Kingdom Collaboration

Some say that LeaderCare started in a hot tub conversation at The Refuge. Some say it was birthed out of a gathering in the mountains of Tennessee. Others suggest it came from the gradual concern emerging in individual lives, in churches, in denominations, and in non-profit organizations… as the consequences of leader burnout became increasingly impossible to ignore. Seeing this urgent need is one thing; addressing it is another. What could be done to reverse this trend? Enter the idea of a collaboration. Where multiple organizations, and multiple kinds of organizations, could come together to discern a few key priorities:

  • Raise the value of prioritizing Leader Care as a preventative necessity
  • Develop assessments that would benchmark flourishing measures and demonstrate efficacy of services



Collaboration

  • Invite collaboration partners into working groups to engage the ecosystem
  • Source offerings for leaders along Five Dimensions of Flourishing

Funding

  • Raise Funds for grants to resource leaders & enable operations
  • Engage a platform to enable generosity to flow
