A Kingdom Collaboration
Some say that LeaderCare started in a hot tub conversation at The Refuge. Some say it was birthed out of a gathering in the mountains of Tennessee. Others suggest it came from the gradual concern emerging in individual lives, in churches, in denominations, and in non-profit organizations… as the consequences of leader burnout became increasingly impossible to ignore. Seeing this urgent need is one thing; addressing it is another. What could be done to reverse this trend? Enter the idea of a collaboration.
